- ไม่มีการระดมทุนใดๆ หรือการฝากเงินเข้าสู่แอพพลิเคชั่นทั้งสิ้น ผลการดำเนินการในแอพพลิเคชั่น ทำงานของโรบอทไม่การันตีผลตอบแทน ผลการทำงานในอดีต ไม่สามารถใช้ยืนยันผลการทำงานในอนาคตได้ ผู้ใช้งานควรศึกษาคู่มือการใช้งานโดยละเอียด ก่อนตัดสินใจใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นและโรบอท
- แอพพลิเคชั่นนี้ไม่ใช่การชี้ชวนหรือแนะนำให้ลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ตัวใดตัวหนึ่ง การตัดสินใจลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ตัวใด เป็นการตัดสินใจของผู้ลงทุนเอง
- CYFREX ปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบใดๆต่อความเสียหาย หรือการขาดทุนที่เกิดขึ้นกับบัญชีเทรดของผู้ใช้งาน อันเนื่องมาจากการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น CYFREX ทั้งสิ้นในทุกกรณี
- การลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง ท่านอาจขาดทุนจนสูญเสียเงินทุนทั้งหมดได้ หากผู้ใช้งานไม่ยอมรับเงิื่อนไขข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน สามารถะลบบัญชีผู้ใช้งานออกจากระบบได้ทันที
- การทำงานของโรบอท จะมีตัวแปรจำนวนมากทั้งฝั่งโบรกเกอร์ ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์พเวอร์ และสภาวะตลาด ทำให้ไม่สามารถรับรองได้ว่าการทำงานของโรบอทจะทำงานได้ 100% ผู้ใช้งานต้องสามารถรับความเสี่ยงเหล่านี้ได้ ก่อนเปิดใช้งานโรบอท และ CYFREX ขอปฎิเสธต่อความรับผิดชอบจากความเสียหายจากการขาดทุนของบัญชีผู้ใช้งานในทุกกรณี
- ระบบป้องกันการขาดทุนอัตโนมัติ หรือ เซอร์กิต เบรกเกอร์ จะต้องทำงานร่วมกับการเชื่อมต่อกับโบรกเกอร์เสมอเพื่อตรวจสอบผลขาดทุนหรือ Drawdown หาก CYFREXไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับโบรกเกอร์ได้ ระบบนี้จะไม่สามารถทำงานหรืออกคำสั่งปิดคำสั่งซื้อขายได้ CYFREX ปฎิเสธต่อความรับผิดชอบหากระบบ เซอร์กิต เบรกเกอร์ไม่ทำงานอันเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยใดๆก็ตาม ผู้ใช้งานจะต้องรับความเสี่ยงจากการขาดทุนด้วยตัวเองเท่านั้น
- ในสภาวะที่สลาดมีความผันผวนสูง สัญญาณการเชื่อมต่อกับโบรกเกอร์อาจมีความไม่เสถียร โรบอทจะยังสามารถรันได้อยู่ แต่ข้อมูลเรียลไทม์อาจไม่มีการส่งในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว CYFREX ปฎิเสธความรับผิดชอบจากความเสียหายอันเกิดจากความเข้าใจผิดในสถานะบัญชีที่อาจเกิดขึ้น หากช่วงเวลาที่ข้อมูลจากโบรกเกอร์ไม่พร้อมทำงาน ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้โปรแกรม MT4 เพื่อเข้าถึงการทำงานของบัญชีของตัวเองได้ทันทีเพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะบัญชีล่าสุด
- ผู้ใช้งานยอมรับว่า การพัฒนาซอฟท์แวร์ ย่อมอาจต้องมีความผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้นบ้างในบางครั้ง บางสถานะการณ์ หรืออาจเกิดขึ้นจากปัจจัยภายนอก จากการโจมตีระบบ จากซอฟท์แวร์ของผู้ให้บริการอื่นๆ ความไม่สมบูรณ์ดังกล่าวอาจนำมาซึ่งความเสียหายของบัญชีเทรดของผู้ใช้งาน ผู้ใช้งานยอมรับว่าไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆจากการใช้งานระบบ CYFREXได้ หากมีปัญหาการใช้งานระบบเกิดขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตามผู้ใช้งานสามารถแจ้งปัญหาที่พบให้แก่ CYFREX เพื่อใช้ในการปรับปรุงพัฒนาระบบต่อไปได้
- หากผู้ใช้งานมีการย้ายสายงาน IB เพื่อไปใช้งานภายใต้ IB อื่นในโบรกเกอร์เดียวกัน ผู้ใช้งานจะต้องแจ้งให้ทาง CYFREX ทราบในทันที และต้องทำการลบโรบอท และบัญญชีเทรดทั้งหมดออกจากระบบก่อนทำการย้าย หากพบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีการย้ายสายงาน IB ไปก่อนโดยไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบ ทาง CYFREX มีสิทธิ์ที่จะทำการลบโรบอท และบัญชีเทรดของผู้ใช้งานท่านนั้นทั้งหมดทุกบัญชี โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และหากเกิดความเสียหายกับบัญชีเทรดของผู้ใช้งาน ทาง CYFREX จะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้นในทุกกรณี

- No fundraising or deposits are made to the application.. The robot’s performance does not guarantee returns. Past performance cannot be used to confirm future performance. Users should study the user manual in detail before deciding to use the application and robot.
- CYFREX not an invitation or recommendation to invest in any asset. The decision to invest in any asset is the investor’s own decision.
- CYFREX denies any responsibility for any damage or loss to the user’s trading account resulting from the use of the CYFREX application in all cases.
- Investing in high-risk assets, you may lose until you lose all your capital. If the user does not accept the terms and conditions you can delete the user account from the system immediately.
- The robot’s operation is subject to many variables on the broker’s side, server provider’s side and market conditions, so it is not possible to guarantee that the robot’s operation will work 100%. The user must accept these risks before activating the robot and CYFREX disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from the user’s account losses in any case.
- The automatic loss prevention system or Circuit Breaker must always work with the broker connection to check the loss or Drawdown. If CYFREX cannot connect to the broker, this system will not be able to work or issue a closing order. CYFREX refuses to be responsible if the Circuit Breaker system does not work due to any factors. The user must bear the risk of loss by himself only.
- During high volatility conditions, the connection signal with the broker may be unstable. The robot can still run, but real-time data may not be transmitted during such periods. CYFREX denies any liability for any damages resulting from misunderstanding of account status that may occur. If during the period data from the broker is unavailable, the user can use the MT4 terminal to access the operation of his/her account immediately to check the latest account status.
- The User accepts that software development may sometimes have errors in certain situations or may be caused by external factors, system attacks, or software from other providers. Such imperfections may lead to damage to the User’s trading account. The User accepts that he/she cannot claim any damages from using the CYFREX system if there is a problem using the system. However, the User can report any problems found to CYFREX for further system improvement.
- If the user moves the IB line to work under another IB in the same broker, the user must immediately notify CYFREX and must delete all robots and trading accounts from the system before moving. If it is found that the user has moved the IB line beforehand without notifying, CYFREX has the right to delete all robots and trading accounts of that user without prior notice. And if there is any damage to the user’s trading account, CYFREX will not be responsible in any way.
